In the second year of scheduled football at Tuscarawas Valley High. the Trojans' record was six wins, one loss, and one tie. In two years we have already compiled a record of ten wins, four losses, and one tie.

Our team contributed four boys to the All-Conference Team. Roy Buchanan, end; Henry Cochran, half-back; Bruce Archinal, tackle; Jerry Pullins, fullback. Archinal was the only member to repeat. Jerry Pullins, junior fullback, was the league's leading scorer with 88 points. He collected 11 touchdowns and 22 extra points.
