Those long agonizing two a days finally paid off. The foundation of the team was experienced senior players, and they felt confident in carrying the weight.

"Next season I feel we can handle the heat without them, but we will definitely miss their leadership," explained sophomore Charlie Patterson.

The Trojans dribbled their way to victory only by working and thinking like a team. The team took many steps in achieving team unity by spending their Saturdays going to professional games.

"The highlight of the season was when Drew Archer caught the ball between his knees and starts hopping down the field with the ball. It was hilarious!," explains junior Amber Stalcup.

"I thought soccer was insane in the best way that something can be insane. Despite our record I thought we had a good season," stated senior Michael Valot.

Although more than half the team will be graduating come springtime, the Trojans feel confident in carrying on the winning tradition.
