Below is an excerpt from the yearbook:

The girls' volleyball team had a great season. They ended the season with an impressive 27-2 record (10-0 in the PAC).

The team only lost one player last year and had very high hopes for this season. Junior Kristen Jones was very excited for the upcoming season, "I was so pumped when I found out that I would be starting this year. I set high standards for myself and I expect to meet them!"

Senior Sara Lundenberger looked forward to the post season, "I was so excited for the post season this year. I knew we were going to kick butt!"

Coach Jen Lauber had her own viewpoints about the season, "The girls played extremely well, but they couldn't get too proud because this year people expected us to be good. We had to work harder everyday."

The girls earned a repeat trip to the State Tournament in Dayton. Along the way they posted impressive wins at the Sectional Tournament and District Tournament. The Regional Tournament really had the girls' blood pumping. They were defeated in the first game but quickly recovered and came back to win 15-7 and 15-6. At the State Tournament, the girls fells to Archbold 9-15 and 7-15.

The entire team worked hard and left quite a trail of accomplishment behind them.
