What are your plans after graduation?

To attend Youngstown State and become a nurse.

7-12

What is your favorite memory of your time at Tusky Valley (K-12)?

My favorite memory was when my cross country team won districts my junior year on my birthday. I was so overjoyed I started crying and of course a parent had taken a photo of my ugly cry. Coach Debos decided to post the picture all over the high school too.

Who was your favorite teacher (K-12 including Buckeye) and why?

Mrs. Settimio because she was really involved in the student's lives and cared about us.

What was your favorite K-12 class or grade level and why?

My favorite class was AP Biology because I loved Mrs.Tidrick and also the material.

What was your most embarrassing moment during your time at Tusky Valley?

At a pep rally I was given the microphone to wish the volleyball team good luck at state from the cross country team and I completely blanked and forgot the words "good luck", so I stalled for a minute and told the volleyball team "congrats and congrats". My teammates will never let me live it down.

Which project, paper, assignment, etc. that you completed during your time at TV (K-12) were you most proud of and which teacher was it completed for?

I am most proud of an art project I made in eighth grade, I used nails on a corkboard and weaved different colors of string around the nails to create an image of Starry Night. It is in a shadow box hanging up in my room.

Describe your senior year in 3 words.

Bittersweet, too long, too short

Have you suffered from senioritis this year?

Definitely, I think I have had senioritis before my senior year even started

What was the biggest highlight of your senior year?

Going to the State meet for cross country.

How have you changed since freshman year?

I'd like to think I have changed since freshman year, I think I have become more confident in the person I am. I have learned to be true to yourself and love others.

What extracurricular activities did you participate in while at Tusky Valley?

Ski club, interact club, student council, cross country, track, and indoor track.

What was your favorite extracurricular or after school activity (sports, band/choir, play, clubs, attending events, etc) that you participated in and why?

Cross country ,no doubt, has been my favorite extracurricular. I love being able to push my limits. I'm grateful for the amazing bonds I have created with my teammates.

Were there any extracurricular awards that you earned during your time at Tusky Valley?

I've earned most improved award two years in a row for cross country.

If you could start high school all over, what is one extracurricular or after school activity you would have participated in that you didn't?

I would probably participate in Speech, the people who do it seem to enjoy it a lot.

What is the one piece of advice you would give incoming freshman?

Always be yourself, never let anyone change who you are.

What are your hobbies outside of school? What do you like to do in your free time?

I love running and working out.

In 5 words or less, how would describe yourself to someone who doesn't know you?

I'm hardworking, caring, trustworthy and kind

Where was your most frequented hangout spot in the community?

Usually the towpath. My friends and I like to run, bike, or walk.

What is your favorite local place to order pizza?

I love the pizza at Bolivar Pizza.

What song did you listen to most this year?

What is your favorite book that you have read?

My favorite book is Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare

Which TV show/series are you most likely to binge watch over and over again?

Stranger Things! I have already watched it multiple times.

If you could go on vacation anywhere in the world for one week, where would it be and what 3 people (you don't have to know them) would you take with you?

I would love to go to Puerto Rico, and I would take my sister, dad, and mom.

Which physical item that you currently own would you not be able to live without?

I could not live without my phone.

Who in your life do you most admire and why? This can be anyone you choose including family members, friends, bosses, teachers, etc.

I admire my mom the most, she is the strongest woman I know. She went to college while raising two kids. She would do anything for my sister and I to be happy. She loves me despite the stupid mistakes I have made. One day I hope to become half of the woman she is.
