The Tusky Valley Trojans made a very successful debut into football this year by winning four games against three losses in the Tuscarawas Valley Conference. They made a total of 20 touchdowns, 2 safeties, and 14 conversions for a total of 138 points against 91 for the opponents.

The Trojans first football team consisted of 29 players: seven seniors, eleven juniors, three sophomores, and eight freshman. The line averaged 170 pounds and the backfield 155 pounds.
